1. When an order is received and placed the item will be shipped to the customer free of charge, on orders over $50, via Ground Shipping. It may take 3-5 business days.
2. If a customer would like to have the order expressed shipped to them it is possible. The extra charge will be incurred by the customer.
3. A tracking number is available upon request or it can be noted for individual accounts to always have an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Orders may be sent to customer from one or multiple suppliers.
4. Customers should remove the empty cartridges from their machines, replace it with the new cartridge and place the used cartridge back in the box. All empty cartridges will be shipped back to the supplier to be REUSED or RECYCLED at no cost.
5. In the case of multiple empty cartridges being shipped at once, the customer is to save the larger box that the cartridges were received in. This will help to REDUCE waste and REUSE the box to send all empties back for RECYCLING.
6. Return ARS shipping labels for empty cartridges will be in the box with the new order or may be mailed to the customer separately. Extra labels are available upon request.

Ink Renewal Process:

1. The Cartridge Recycling Center receives your returned toner cartridge. Each and every empty core cartridge is completely disassembled and a specific procedure is followed to clean and/or replace all internal components.
2. Our detailed renewal process is what separates us from the rest. Once completed, all of our cartridges are fully compatible with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and we guarantee the quality and quantity of the output to meet or exceed OEM cartridges.
3. The finished product is subjected to a rigorous series of quality-assurance tests.

Every cartridge undergoes this extremely thorough cleaning, inspection, and testing process before it is released to the customer.
