Cartridge Warranty

Green Office Ideas warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any Green Office Ideas cartridge is found to be defective, Green Office Ideas will replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price.

Green Office Ideas also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printers or copiers. If a defect in a Green Office Ideas cartridge causes a printer or copier to fail, Green Office Ideas will reimburse the customer for the full amount for the repair of the printer or copier and a replacement machine will be purchased for the customer if beyond repair.

This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Green Office Ideas with satisfactory evidence that the printer or copier failure was due to a defect in the Green Office Ideas cartridge, including a written statement on an authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field service representative. Return of the defective cartridge is required. Any sign of tampering with the cartridge by non-GOI personnel will void this warranty. Green Office Ideas liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
