Return Policy and Process:
  1. Orders may be returned, within 90 days, for a refund (not including original shipping costs) if the cartridge(s) are defective and/or not compatible with the machine it was ordered for.
  2. The customer is to contact a sales representative and let them know the OEM number of the defective cartridge, what the problem is, the date of purchase and invoice number. *If the wrong cartridge was ordered for a machine by the customer it must be returned unused or the refund will be void.
  3. After a sales rep has been contacted and the procedure has been followed, the supplier will be notified of the problem and a return label will then be emailed or mailed to the customer. (Note: These return RMA labels are not the same as the ARS labels used for empties, so make sure to let the customer know not to use those labels or place the defective cartridge in the box with empties to be returned.)
  4. The customer must return the cartridge that was ordered for the wrong machine in the same box that it was shipped in. Defective cartridges should be placed inside of a bag and then boxed.
  5. When the supplier has received the returned cartridge(s) the customer will have the option to be credited on their next invoice, sent a replacement cartridge free of charge, or if the invoice has not yet been paid a revised invoice may be sent to them.
